What people say
5 out of 5 stars
“Took my car here for new brake discs and pads which were fitted speedily and at a very good price. Then booked in for an MOT, Whilst with them the car broke down and wouldn't start again. They spent a long time trying to work out what was wrong but in the end advised me to go to main dealer. Janos very kindly took the car to Diss for me on his trailer and loaned me his car at a very reasonable rate, for the 2 and a half weeks whilst mine was unavailable to me. Can definitely recommend them for exceptional customer service.”

“I rarely leave reviews but for the service and care I received on my last visits, it's only fair to write a note. I arrived for an engine noise that was quickly and accurately diagnosed, and after further checks they made me aware of seriously deteriorated back breaks. The second time my ignition was stuck and couldn't stay the car, Janos went above and beyond to find there offence that's no longer produced and for a much cheaper price that VW wanted to charge. Giving sweets to my kids whilst the car was being fixed, it changed a stressful situation into a pleasant one for new and the kids. Definitely find my Norwich mechanic, 5* easily given!”
