“I emailed to request a quote for new brake discs and pads, as well as the exchange of two tyres. I received the quote on the same day, which was much appreciated given that other places seem to take quite a long time! The quote was reasonable so I decided to go ahead. I was given an appointment for the following day and dropped my car off in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a few hours later, I was called to say my car was ready. I paid another friendly member of staff and picked up my car. Everything seems perfect, and I have no complaints. I really appreciated not being made to feel silly at any point, even when I didn't know the correct terminology or couldn't express myself very well — after all, not all of us can be car experts! I will be booking in for an MOT and for any other repairs, and I would highly recommend them.”
