“Went in a few years ago and saw this lady not get served, she had no ID, she kept saying "I'm Wendy Julian", I mean without ID how could they be sure? Good on the bar staff for refusing to serve her. Then I realised I had no ID and ordered a coke. I am a brisk 85 with the hips of a 62 year old but you can never be too careful.”

“cheap drinks, nice atmosphere, lots of outside seating. Feels a bit overrun by the regulars though and not super welcoming to newcomers.”
