“We waited over half an hour for our food- the waitresses however were so lovely and accommodating and we understand it’s not their fault at all. We felt really bad for them because we understand it can be a lot of pressure when it’s a slower evening in the kitchen. Give those girls a raise!! They did give us a free alcoholic drink each as a kind gesture for the delay, which I thought was so sweet. Food was actually really not good at all. We had the £30 unlimited steak. On my first round, I heard the steak let out a little moo. So, on the second round, I’d asked for it to be a little more cooked. Which they’d achieved that, except it was so dry, I couldn’t even eat it. We were so underwhelmed considering we’d been waiting around 40 mins for the food. Anyway, somehow we ended up spending £94 on 2 unlimited steaks, two cokes and 4 sauces. All this place did was “chop” my bank in half 😭 joking aside, (bc seriously I’m annoyed) unfortunately we will not come here again. All the best x”

“Went to the chop restaurant for unlimited steak and chips but it took an hour and the staff kept saying 5 more mins so I eventually had to leave. Steak is famously a quick thing to make and as it was the only thing on the menu it should have been handed out quickly and evenly amongst the tables but in fact multiple tables were on their 3rd or 4th steak when I hadn't even received one. As a small table it felt like I was overlooked and the disinterested staff made it seem like there was no solution available. In the end I wasted over an hour there.”

“The all you can eat steak was so tough and really was not worth the money the chips where also not very nice. I have been to much better places with a lot better quality meat. It’s a shame because the service was great. I wouldn’t go back for the all you can eat steak night. I begrudge paying the bill.”
