“I’ve ordered delivery from here before and the large chips have always arrived in the usual box with a normal portion, so I know this isn’t what the large portion normally looks like. This time, I ordered two large portions for £9.98, but received two very small bags containing fewer than 50 chips combined. That’s nowhere near the usual amount and is essentially a handful of chips for almost £10. I appreciate mistakes happen, but it’s disappointing that whoever prepared the order thought this was an acceptable amount to send out rather than making more chips or cancelling the item.”
