“Placed an order the other evening through their website and the order just appeared at pending and never changed to confirmed. We attempted to call numerous times but the phone line continously cut off and we received no answer. My partner drove down there and although the website allowed you to place an order and take your money it was closed. They've now amended their opening times to temporarily closed but this was not the case when we ordered as it stated they were open. Now going through the hassle of disputing the charges and trying to get our money back!! It's such a shame as we were customers since they first opened but we will never be returning again after this.”
