“I recently ordered a pizza online from this place, and it was by far the worst delivery experience I’ve had. My order did not arrive even after an hour of waiting. When I called to check on the status, I was repeatedly told to “wait another 30 minutes” and this happened multiple times, with no clear explanation or accountability. There was no proactive communication from their end about the delay. I had to keep calling to get vague, unhelpful responses. This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially for a food delivery order where timing matters. I would strongly advise against ordering from this place if you value reliability and basic customer service”
