“I only buy individual products from this shop and always research products and compare prices, as I simply don’t like being ripped off. Unfortunately, a lot of their products are significantly overpriced, so I would definitely recommend checking prices elsewhere before shopping here. On top of that, I have repeatedly experienced persistent staring from a couple of older members of staff, which I find extremely rude and unpleasant. Customer service is not just about serving customers — basic manners and making people feel comfortable matter too. Some of the older staff could certainly improve in that area.”
