“I placed an order via uber eats, when it arrived only half the items order were delivered. Contacted the subway and according to them their machine for delivery orders was down and they could only see half the order so instead of cancelling and refunding orders they continued to make only half and send it off, which the lady I spoke to said she did with multiple orders. Now I can’t get a refund with uber because there was no paper receipt because the machine was down and is probably the same issue for multiple other people. This is extremely unprofessional to do to a customer who is now over £15 out of pocket for food they never got and the food that did arrive was made so poorly it was stuck to the paper and the sauce was everywhere?! Will not be ordering from this subway ever again. Would appreciate your manager to get in contact with me to refund me since uber eats will not do so.”
