“Had a lovely young girl serve us long brown hair and braces. Unfortunately the food was awful my steak was black and like a brick our server tried her best to rectify the situation, but then had to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement when the whole table had finished eating so took away the whole point of a family meal and the enjoyment of it. The supervisor was no help at all and said due to a replacement no refund for the inconvenience even tho she agreed my steak was way more than well done. Your servers should be trained to know that the steak that was provided never should have left the kitchen and been served was not fit for a dog. Second time here will NOT be returning. WOKE UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING WITH FOOD POISONING.”

“I didn't like the setup; I was very close to a lot of people and I like my space when I eat. Being unable to hear three people's conversations is always a good thing. I ordered the chicken and chips, but I did not rate them highly. I didn't like the skin on the chicken or the way it was cooked, as it was hard. I also had a cream soda float, but the glass wasn't big enough for the ingredients, so it kept spilling when I attempted to put a straw in, making a bit of a mess. It tasted lovely, though, and the chips were nice.”
