“It's a nice place, a bit expensive though. Also, my 9-year-old son was not allowed to play Hello Neighbour here as the staff member kept insisting the game is rated 12, even though the rating is 7 (and he has it and plays it at home), she was having none of it. I would advise the management to encourage your staff members to google games' age ratings, if unsure.”

“The staff are great and always try and help fix any issue and are really accommodating. Im a long time customer and have been coming here after college for the past couple of years. However for a gaming arena one thing that is pretty vital is internet connection and pretty frequently it just spikes and you have high latency and the download speed need to play online is just not there. Meaning playing online is virtually impossible therefore making recent trips un enjoyable. Once again I'll state the staff are lovely and this is probably out of there control”
