“First time we went back in Jan 26 we absolutely loved it. Returned again today and it was definitely going down hill. Thankfully we only paid the £12 returning customer rate. This time round things were not working (e.g. giant bubble, planetarium, glow room, dance mats), pieces were missing / old and worn, upstairs science lab was unmanned (no staff) and had lots of things not working (things disconnected, not working, not organised / replaced after use so pieces missing). Definitely needs an update or some maintenance. It’s a real shame because I love the fact we have a place like this in Norwich. But at £18 per head (no difference between adult and child pricing) it’s very pricey for what you get. Cafe has been upgraded which is good, looks better, although we didn’t try the food, just drinks. Gift shop is terrible and offers low quality over-priced Temu-type goods. I saw a lot of 3D printed toys, one which was £15!! Ridiculous. Parking good. Staff - friendly but too many downstairs and zero upstairs. I saw 3 at reception standing around just chatting. Staff do not actively interact with customers / didn’t seem to be enthusiastic about engaging visitors in what the place has to offer. Just a bunch of teenagers walking around. Sometimes reception unmanned. No entry stamp or receipt on entry. No / very poor signage to show there is lots more to see upstairs. If the owners could fix these basic issues then the place could be amazing. Doubt I’ll return until they do.”

“Great little place for children to play and experiment. The robot servers are great and all the kids seemed to love them. The place is bigger than you think. Only thing stopping it from 5 stars is it needs more written or more staff to explain things to the younger minds that a parent might not know”
