“Thought I would return here as previous experience was amazing.. however on this occasion was complete opposite. Tried to overcharge me when was quoted a price before appointment and told me I wasn’t allowed to leave until I’d paid.. kept me trapped in salon and mega embarrassed causing me to have a panic attack.. it took them to make me feel like that and that low to make more comments and tell me not to worry.. absolutely disgusting behaviour. What I asked for wasn’t the issue it’s the staff. Will never return until something seriously changes.”
