“Great nails but poor customer service, no one told me they were running behind, just left me sitting and waiting without any explanation, almost 30 minutes later I left. The time before I waited almost 20 minutes but that time they did have the decency to apologise and let me know! There are plenty of nail bars in Norwich who treat you with more courtesy.”
