Flow Massage and Yoga provides a relaxation space for women offering holistic massage, fertility and digestive massage (abdominal and sacral work) reiki and yoga. I am dedicated to finding ways to bring all of these practices together and finding what works for each client as an individual. I am focused on making yoga accessible to all and I am trained in yoga therapy for anxiety and have a trauma informed certification. Flow supports and welcomes the LGBTQ and BIPOC community.

“I really enjoyed my treatment with Kerri, she has a very relaxing demeanor which puts you at ease right away, she was very professional and I will definitely return for more treatments. I had a massage which included some intestinal work and I have to say my digestion has been feeling much better since, and I've been less inclined to eat unhealthily. I'm going to book in for a reiki session next time as I hear this can be very beneficial for a range of energy problems including blocks and things that can hold you back in life.
