“Found hair and beauty matters on google today after not being able to get a last minute appointment anywhere for my daughter I gave the salon a call and they managed to get my daughter in straight away, the ladies were lovely and welcoming and made my 8 year old daughter comfortable, my daughter is absolutely over the moon with her new hairstyle, i will definitely be bringing her back here lovely hairdressers, staff were also really helpful with myself and gave me a comfy chair to sit on while I waited for my daughter as I'm pregnant and offered me and my daughter a glass of water. Thank you so much 😊”

“Staff were lovely and friendly, however unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my hair. I went in wanting a cool-toned blonde and showed reference photos, but left with a much warmer/brassier, yellow toned blonde than I was hoping for. I paid £185 for the appointment, so I was understandably very disappointed with the result. I contacted the salon to explain how I felt and asked about a partial refund. They offered for me to return and have it amended, which I appreciate, but after the initial consultation I was reassured that the colour I wanted could be achieved, so I don’t feel comfortable returning for further work. I’m disappointed that I didn’t leave with the colour I had asked for, particularly given the price, but I do appreciate that they have been polite and offered to rectify it.”
