“Not a good experience. I asked for an appointment as I need to have a check up every year. I was told by the young male assistant I could not have one until 2027 even though I had a problem. Marks & Spencer have lost a customer!”

“After a particularly stressful couple of years my hair became thin scraggy and a bit sad 😔 I asked Claire to do her magic she cut it into a short bob , after the initial shock ..I love it and people are still complimenting my hair months after ,I look forward to my appointments we have a good ole natter 😊”
