What people say
5 out of 5 stars
“A wonderful experience from start to finish. Amy is the ultimate professional, the treatment was explained at the beginning which allowed for full relaxation. Not only was the hour pure relaxation, every insight by Amy was spot on, and the card selection echoed her feedback from the session. Every note/observation was delivered with sensitivity and a full explanation. I've left feeling calmer and lighter and I couldn't recommend Amy more.”

“Fantastic restful relaxation and reset, amazing holistic approach to wellness, highly recommended”

“I decided to book in with Amy for the full hour of reiki from the recommendation of a close friend. I was a little apprehensive as didn’t have much idea of what to expect and had never experienced reiki before but on arrival Amy made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Her space feels warm and welcoming and she explained everything fully before we began the session. I can honestly say it was one of the most magical experiences! I have always struggled to ‘switch off’ in yoga/relaxation and am someone running at a million miles an hour most of the time but the combination of sounds, smells and light touch really did something incredible for my body, mind and soul and I felt like I had been on the most incredible, powerful and transformative journey. I want to thank Amy for creating such a safe and nurturing space and providing me an hour of stillness (that felt much longer) at the end of a busy work week. I have gained so much clarity and peace from our session and can’t wait to book back in!”
