“I've been going to Shannon at Muse for several years now, and she's incredible at what she does. I originally started going to her because I wanted a hairdresser in Norwich who did cool layered haircuts well, and that's very much her speciality. She always works with me to execute my vision, and is so skilled that I'm always baffled by her ability to chat to me AND create my perfect haircut at the same time. I think it's very telling that at least four friends of mine also became loyal clients of Shannon's after I started seeing her. I recommend her to everybody because she actually listens, which is surprisingly hard to come by! Plus inclusivity is extremely important to her, and she makes the effort to create a safe, comfortable environment. I can't recommend her enough.”
