“I had my first Japanese Head Spa experience with Cam, and she was absolutely lovely and friendly. As it was my first visit, she took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. The overall ambience was very relaxing. There was a little background noise, although I think this is probably unavoidable given the clinic’s location. I also enjoyed the facial. The only thing I found was that the pad/cloth used during the exfoliation felt a little rough on my skin, so a softer one might have been more comfortable for me personally. The hair spa itself was a lovely experience — the water flowing over my scalp actually sent shivers down my spine! The rinse water did feel a little on the hot side for me, although this may simply be down to my personal preference for water temperature. Cam was also very accommodating when I asked if she could use a diffuser afterwards for my curly hair, which I really appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed my first Japanese Head Spa experience and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Cam, for making me feel so comfortable and looked after!”
