“I had a course of virtual gentle release therapy sessions with Faye. She was so lovely and understanding to the issues I had going on. The sessions were so calm and relaxing. Even though we weren’t in the same room knowing Faye was on the other end of the phone working through these issues with me was comforting. The therapy itself was an important reminder of how important mindfulness is to my routine. We focused on different areas of my body in each session working on relaxing the anxiety I held in those areas. I felt unique sensations as Faye virtually focuses on my body and together we were able to release some tension and issues I was holding in. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to get in better contact with their body and mind whilst releasing any emotions you hold throughout the body that are holding you back.”
