“Where do I even begin? Sophie is just out of this world. I’ve seen Sophie twice, first time I had a beautifully relaxing ASMR experience, and the second time I had a lymphatic reset facial. Whilst both treatments with Sophie were equally as wonderful, I’m going to focus here on reviewing the facial I had more so, because it was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Firstly, Sophie is incredibly calming, her garden studio is warming, welcoming, and makes you feel safe. Beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable and warm. Really cosy vibes. In Sophie’s presence, I felt so looked after and cared for. And during my facial, when I was transported, mind and soul, into a whole other realm, the words which kept resonating over and over in my mind were “cared for”. In the 90 minutes I spent with Sophie for this meticulously delivered facial, I felt seen, held, safe, and able to let me body and mind fully switch off for the first time in a very long time. I think I almost cried 3 times. It was emotional. I genuinely loved every single second of this relaxing lymphatic facial. I didn’t want it to end. One thing I love most is that Sophie remains quiet throughout the treatment itself. And, as a highly sensitive (possibly ND individual) this is everything. I find talking during relaxing treatments too off putting and I cannot fully relax. I am so glad I found Sophie because I know for certain this will become a regular experience I set aside for myself, almost as a necessity to allow my nervous system to fully recharge itself, when needed. If you are looking for an intimate, relaxing setting where you can allow your body to fully switch off - please book in with Sophie. Once you’ve been - you will know exactly what I am talking about.
