“I went in yesterday for a root touch up, and I've unfortunately had a very bad experience. I went in expecting to have a colour refresh but left with my hair looking patchy with obvious ginger tones and blue and grey patches. The colour was uneven and far from what I expected. I also left with my brand new top covered in bleach, which is unfixable. I reached out to the hairdresser who done my hair and there was no offer of a refund, just told it was completely normal. I also messaged about my top and was told to just wear a top I don’t care about next time, instead of an offer to cover the costs of the top. I went in explained the issue to the owner, after having several other hairdressers opinions, explaining to me that this was not okay. After explaining to the owner and showing pictures, I was offered a refund which I appreciated. However the overall experience was stressful and I left needing to spend additional time and money to have my hair corrected elsewhere. While I appreciate the refund and the owners response, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service, I would not expect this result from a professional salon.”
