“I went into Jarrolds in Norwich on Thursday 17th September. To book for a manicure, at the retreat, The therapist l spoke too, booked me a appointment for Saturday 19th September at 1:00pm. I went on Saturday 19th September for 1:00pm and was told it did not get booked in on the system. I was very disappointed and they could not offer another appointment as they were fully booked. I wanted them do e due ymto going away on holiday.”

“I think my nails speak for themselves. Very poor service, it looks like my nails were done two weeks ago whereas I have done them this morning. This was a gel as well which costed way too much than it should. Overall very disappointing, do not recommend.”
