Our five treatment rooms are spacious, calm places to retreat and unwind. From massage to salt scrubs, our treatments are a great way to take a step back from the bustle of everyday life. “Absolutely abysmal service. Husband booked me a birthday massage and added to my notes (at the time of booking - which was well in advance) that I'm currently pregnant. I turn up at my appointment on time and not only am I met 15 mins late, I'm met with a poor attitude only to be told that my scheduled massage can't be offered as the pregnancy trained masseuse wasn't available (there is no option at booking to select a specific massuese). When asked why we weren't called about this beforehand to save us the travel and time wasted waiting for the appointment (and time off booked from work) - again with a less than acceptable attitude - I was told they they had only just looked at my notes. The only apology I received was when I was so shocked by the abysmal service that I walked out. Never again will I book here and never again will I recommend this place to anyone!”
