“I have been getting my nails done at different places for years, and I can honestly say that nowhere has ever done my nails as good as this business. I have not been anywhere else since. I get builder gel acrylics and all of the staff are so professional and kind throughout the entire process. They pay such fine attention to every single detail, and are always so happy to do whatever design you’d like. After getting my nails done at any other place, my fingertips and nails would always be sore and hurt afterwards, but that has never happened after getting my nails done here. I will never go to any other place! Also, people keep leaving reviews on here saying that this place is cash payments only, but they do accept bank transfer payments instead. I have always paid them via bank transfer. Thank you so much!”

“I’ve been a regular customer here for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. DO NOT GET BIAB - accused of being heavy handed because they broke within 5 days despite being heavily pregnant so heavy handed with what exactly? I paid £40 for BIAB nails just 5 days ago, and 5 of them have already broken. The nails were extremely thin and flimsy, and the poor application resulted in my natural nails being damaged. In some cases, the nail broke/tore away from my nail bed, leaving me with swelling and significant pain. I contacted the salon to make them aware of what had happened, expecting at least some level of concern or apology. Unfortunately, there was no apology. I was instead offered more BIAB to be applied to the broken nails, despite me showing the swelling and pain because of the damage caused by the original application. I asked whether the broken nails could be replaced with acrylic, but this was refused. I then requested a refund, which was also refused. For a customer who has been coming here for years, I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. It’s not just about the money — it’s about the damage to my natural nails and the lack of care or accountability afterwards. I will not be returning and would strongly recommend avoiding this salon.”
