“I booked in with Emma, my first time going to Zany and I have to say that it was not only a really lovely experience but the first time iny 43 years I've left a salon with exactly what I asked for, perfectly executed, I didn't stop talking but was made to feel super welcome. “There are simply not enough wonderful things to say about my visit with Jack today. I have some pretty serious and ingrained hairdresser trauma and managed to introduce myself to Jack by sitting down and crying. Not ideal, but within minutes we had a plan, shared a giggle and I knew I had trusted the right person. In under an hour, more than two years of fear and upset were snipped away and I cannot recommend him, or the whole salon, more. Neurodivergent? Book Zany. Nervous? Book Zany. Just want to spend a lovely hour with fun and talented people who can really read a room and make you feel welcome in it? Book Zany.
