“This was my second visit to BUPA Norwich and on both occasions with Dr Ian Jennings. My initial appointment was to discuss weight management and today was a follow up after I raised concerns with side effects with Mounjaro. Dr Jennings was super supportive, answered my questions in detail and I felt under no pressure whatsoever to make an on the spot decision. I came away today with further information and will be back in touch for a follow up appointment asap. The receptionist staff were friendly and a coffee was offered as I arrived. There was plenty of car parking available behind the building and a bus stop is just across the street. I would highly recommend Dr Jennings and the staff at BUPA Norwich.”
