“I have been a loyal patient of Mr Burkett's for nearing 40 years, and always found him to be kind, compassionate and never feeling that he was in a rush, I would always have given him 5 stars. Mr Burkett will be retiring soon and therefore new Dentists have arrived, also making the surgery NHS and Private. I have had 3 appointments in the last 10 days to try and resolve an issue with my teeth, yesterday I left in tears, the problem has not been resolved, there was no compassion or kindness shown. I am now leaving the Practice and have found myself a different Dentist, the legacy of Mr Burkett has now left a bad taste.”

“Ive been visiting robert and the team since he was in great yarmouth near the park. Must be about 30 years now. I used to be very worried about dentists. But soon as I went to roberts dentist this all disappeared. He's the most friendly and professional as anyone could be. All his staff make you feel welcome and valued. He always give encouragement and advice on my oral issues. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment ive received over the years. An absolute 1st class dentist and team. Well done and a massive thank you to you all.”
