“I Honestly can’t thank the staff at this surgery enough. My mum went to put a prescription in yesterday as she normally would. And unfortunately became unwell in the waiting area. It turned out that she was having a heart attack. Not only did the staff act quickly which without doubt saved her life. They done so with care, compassion and kindness. This is real care at its best. Lee”

“Had a appointment for today 5.4.23 had to cancel as I was sick all night Rudly got told it was the day before tried to explain that my email says 5.4.23 apparently I was wrong and continued to have a go at me saying I should remember my appointment”

“Everything now is online, filling out quite literally a questionnaire about your issues, in order to be able to have a phone appointment. Received an email after filling one out Thursday, that I would be contacted the following day. No phone, to realise I’d been sent another email to say that my phone call will be the following Wednesday. It’s now Thursday afternoon and still silence. God forbid if it’s anything serious, can’t even get a phone call”
