“I first saw Ellie in April and she quickly put me at ease. She was very thorough in her history-taking and with her examinations, explaining everything at each stage. She is clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and professional, and emailed me a detailed summary and action plan very soon after my appointment. I felt optimistic that my issues, some of which have been present for a very long time, are now being properly addressed, and most importantly being taken seriously. It was lovely and also refreshing to encounter such a genuinely sympathetic approach. I have had further appointments which have been equally as relaxed and informative. We have not found a complete resolution yet, but Ellie has continued to offer helpful ideas and suggestins.”
