“Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the dental care I received at this practice. I developed a dental abscess and attended the clinic more than once because of persistent pain. I continued to suffer for months, but despite my repeated concerns, the dentist maintained that there was no abscess. Eventually, I went to my GP, who referred me to the Maxillofacial team at the hospital. They identified the abscess and advised me to discuss root canal treatment with my dentist. Despite this specialist opinion, my concerns were still dismissed and the dentist continued to dispute the presence of an abscess. In the end, I had no choice but to seek treatment privately, where I underwent root canal treatment. This cost me around £2,500, not to mention the months of pain, stress, and sleepless nights I experienced beforehand. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and with the standard of dental care I received. I do, however, want to mention that the reception staff have always been very kind, helpful, and cooperative. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist herself did not meet the level of care and competence I expected.”

“It's a nice place and accepts NHS patients ( at least it did when I was there). Everyone there is kind and friendly, when I need something I don't have to wait long for an appointment. Jim Pearson is a good dentist, that's main thing.”
