What people say
5 out of 5 stars
“Worked with Megan previously for a longstanding back problem, the movements she gave me to do worked a treat and I can now do exercises such a deadlifts and other weighted movements with no trouble. I then went back for a growing knee problem, and I am still seeing her monthly to check in on my progress. She has worked her wonders again with my knees and I even did a run for the first time in ages! Her knowledge is immense and she takes such great care in assessing the problem and working with you to build back strength and work on movements to improve joints and flexibility. Also her sports massages really sort you out! I used to cramp in my feet all the time and since having monthly massages they have pretty much gone away! Highly recommend Megan to anyone needing help!”

“I went to see Megan for a full range of movement assessment. It’s probably the best money I’ve spent since starting CrossFit. She soon identified key areas that were impacting specific movements that I was struggling with. Megan then formulated a full stretching plan and walked me through it taking time to make sure I understood each movement. Since using the plan daily my mobility has steadily improved week on week. If your looking for help in mobility or range of motion Megan is definitely worth a message to”
