“A good team. Friendly and clearly explained in advance what was coming up and guides me well. Also the optometrist identified I was having ocular migraines which needed urgent attention, and was able to consult with GP..”

“I just wanted to write a quick review to say thank you to the staff who dealt with my daughter and I on 29.09.26. Christopher and the optometrist (I don't remember his name) were both very kind and patient with my daughter who was quite nervous. Christopher in particular was very lovely and clearly really good with children! He put my daughter at ease really well. Everything was explained to me in thorough detail during my daughter's eye test, and I felt comfortable to ask questions and understood the clear answers given to me by the optometrist. Thank you to the staff, you made what was expected to be an anxious time for my daughter easy going and she is even looking forward to getting her glasses now despite being hesitant at first!”
