“Worst surgery going in Norwich. Missed an appointment due to my dying Grandma. 0 remorse from the employees, just a sassy man being rude to me. I'm sorry but, How am I meant to continue a prescription I'm meant to continually take when I now need to wait a month for my prescription. Completely backwards and now I am not mentally well, due to a doctor's, make that make sense please. You people working there are terrible and rude. I then get a call from a mental health person wanting me to come in, after I've had to abruptly stop my mental health medication? Again, terrible place, terrible people. My doctor also gave 0 thoughts about my actual condition and does not listen to what I say. Avoid at all costs if you actually want a decent doctor and medical practise, and thank you for completely destroying my mental health!! Terrible terrible people”

“I feel like people rarely leave reviews of GPs unless they're annoyed about something, so I wanted to say that I've never had a bad experience at St Stephen's Gate in the 1yr+ I've been going there. I've had to go quite a bit as well, for reasons, and making appointments (especially last-minute ones)/getting records updated/booking check-ups has always been straightforward and pleasant. I'd like to particularly shout out Dr Chayut and nurse France, who have both been particularly great.”
