“I would definitely not recommend this place. I was advised to replace a filling that wasn't causing me any problems just because it was old. Almost immediately afterwards, I developed severe tooth pain that affected my daily life for months. I returned to the practice several times in excruciating pain, but instead of investigating the filling properly and taking responsability, I was repeatedly told the problem was due to grinding my teeth or poor gum health. I was treated in a rude way and felt like the blame was being placed on me rather than my concerns being taken seriously. I was also charged for multiple follow-up appointments and x-rays, even though these visits were only necessary because of the pain that started after the filling they did. Eventually, I was referred to Norfolk Endodontics, who diagnosed irreversible pulpitis caused by a filling that was very deep and in intimate contact with the pulp. I had to pay over £1,000 for a root canal, which finally resolved the pain. The whole experience left me in months of unnecessary pain, cost me over £2,000 in total, and completely undermined my trust in this practice. I felt unheard throughout the process, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. I have a new dentist now that I'm very happy with and that actually listens to patients needs and give you a pleasant experience.”
