The One Laser Clinic is a leading Norwich Clinic providing a large number of laser and beauty treatments for customers from Norwich,Norfolk. and Suffolk. We use only Candela Medical branded laser machines including Gmax,Nordlys and an absolutely amazing Picoway laser, the only one in 100miles radius from Norwich. We have a dermatologist and pharmacist onboard to help customers identify their skin problems and find best solution

“I would also have to agree with the other negative reviews, especially the one about laser strength. I had laser hair removal on another part of my body over 10 years ago, still no regrowth from the company who has subsequently moved into chapelfield and I would have gone back had parking not been an issue for me. My hair has grown back 80% of the areas within a year after coming here. I was also burnt, when I mentioned this the next appointment the therapist laughed. She actually laughed most of the time when, those accidental pain noises come out, which I found quite unprofessional. I am all for some humour, but this was not called for. I also paid for a block of sessions, which was argued when I said I still had two more. I didn't bother to go to my last appointment because, at this point, I realised it had been a waste of money. They were so wonderful, friendly and nice, until I had paid for a block and each time, became less friendly, disinterested and more unprofessional. There are much better places, with nicer staff and long lasting results.”

“We had such an amazing experience with our dermatologist from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and she made my daughter feel completely at ease throughout the whole appointment. It was clear that she genuinely cared, took the time to listen, and explained everything so clearly. My daughter left feeling reassured and much more comfortable, which meant so much to us. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received. Highly recommend her — she was absolutely AMAZING! ❤️”
