“If you need a key cut this is the place to come. There’s a guy who works in the key cutting department who’s like some key Guru,he knows everything, anything he doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. On several occasions when I’ve took keys to lesser places to be cut I’ve been told “not possible” or “can’t be done” and so on but that’s because they are not the guru.On several occasions I’ve took these type of keys in and he’s managed to cut one that works.I needed a key for my motorcycle panniers,I took the spare key in which he said was an unusual key and if possible could I bring the panniers in and he’d make the key to fit the lock,30 minutes later and it was done, same service again today with another unusual key and they don’t even charge that much considering the time spent for this kind of service.”
