“Predatory sales techniques, avoid at all costs!!! I was lucky enough to be visiting my parents during their appointment, and I almost immediately felt that they were trying to pressure my parents into certain sales packages using all sorts of sales theatrics. They did not seem impressed by the fact that I would not leave them alone with my parents, and they even tried speaking quietly on occasion to ensure that I could not hear them. Do not let them into your home! Do not buy any of their services! They are cowboys and hustlers!”

“Failure to respond to letter from lady who has contract for works which need attention. Failure to return calls when they say they will. They happily let pensioners stress over expensive work which needs revisit as it has failed. Many months of stress. Deny knowledge of contract because they moved premises. Thank fully a copy is kept by the lady.”

“I am not impressed with the after service care from this company. Today , which is the 7th time of contacting the number given on google and correspondence, no answer, I have got through once two weeks ago and the problem has not be solved. I have also written to the company and no response either email or post. Does no one answer the phones at this company after mid day?. Very attentive when they want your money, but after that, you can kiss goodbye to after service.”
