“We have been researching fake grass for sometime, there's a trillion options , poped into Grass Direct in barker street Norwich. We were greeted with a smile and the polite 'can I help you today' John Graham the salesperson who served us was in my opinion excellent, nothing was to much trouble, and having discussed what we needed it for John sold us 4sq mtrs , once the email arrived to say it was in stock we poped into Norwich again , it was clear that 4sqmtr wasn't going to fit into my karoq, so John sprang into action , and with in a few minutes the grass was folded into the back of my car. That guy went above and beyond not only to sell us the correct type but the care and attention was 100%. He clearly knows the products and what is very rear in today's world...make the customers feel wanted ...top man !!”
