“Avoid at all costs. Arrived over 2 hours late for moving for which I was accommodating. The job ran over by less than 30 minutes and I was told I had to be charged an extra £140 despite the fact I was flexible with them being 2 hours late. Refused to even meet in the middle on cost and it seemed it was all set up just to be able to charge extra and no compensation offered for the lateness at all. The moment I questioned the price I was threatened with legal action. Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen! Use AnyVan.com - cheaper and more reliable 👍”

“I highly recommend Loads4Less. They moved my Mum into her new flat. They were friendly, efficient and careful with her belongings. Thank you all!”
