“Mann Building Services is an outstanding Norwich firm. Last year we purchased a bungalow in Norwich, and decided to have major work done before moving in. On local recommendation, we chose Lee Mann and his team to convert the double garage into an en-suite bedroom, instal a new kitchen and bathroom, new doors and flooring, as well as undertake re-plastering, and repainting throughout. Entrusted with keys to the house during our absence, they did great work - careful, professional and with attention to detail. Their friendly efficiency and excellent communication, gave us total confidence at all times. . We were impressed not only with Lee and his team, but also their excellent local subcontractors who did various electrical and plumbing work. They were all pro-active, and our requests for modifications, additional carpentry work and repairs identified as we went along with the project were all cheerfully accommodated. It was a real pleasure to work with them all, nothing was too much trouble, and the whole job was worth every penny. To those looking for high quality workmanship and good value for their home alterations - we would recommend Mann Building Services without hesitation. Having had dealings with numerous tradespeople over many years we say they are a credit to their profession. We are delighted with the way they have transformed our new home. Well done, and warmest thanks, to Lee, John, Harry, Oscar and the rest of the team!”

“This is the third occasion I have entrusted the team at Mann Building Services Ltd for building works. The first occasion was for a character filled 13th century Hall House, the second two 15th century barns, and third, over the last 8 months, a striking contemporary new build. Lee, John and their team have collectively an outstanding skill set that applies successfully to sympathetic restorations or to a modern dwelling. Lee, John and their entire team are a true pleasure to collaborate with. They communicate clearly, explain methods and alternative approaches, so that you are best informed and feel faith and trust in their work. Lee, John and the team provide quality work and work to exceptionally high standards. Importantly, the team at Mann Building Services Ltd are genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and sincerely strive for what is best for their client.”
