“My MOT was due this month. I usually take it to the Norwich FORD Dealership but decided to take it to somewhere more local to where I live. So pleased with everything that NUMBER ONE MOTOR COMPANY LTD did today to my 13 year Ford Fiesta. First there was only a couple of days wait to book in so this morning at 11.45 I handed over the keys for a mid price service and MOT. 2 hours later I get a call to say that other than a replacement brake light and a refill of the windscreen wash the car had passed it's MOT. I was aware of one concern to a particular part of the vehicle but did not mention this. Pleased to say the Service picked this up which proves to me that the Service requested was duly carried out 😁 So a big well done to the team at NUMBER ONE MOTOR COMPANY LTD. Greeted upon arrival by 2 mechanics who presumably serviced the car, they made a fuss of the dog and everyone was so polite including the guy in Reception when it came to pay. All in £240 including the Service. I shall be back in a few months time to get the outstanding matter highlighted during the service fixed that has to be sorted between now and the next MOT. One very happy customer, happy to recommend this business who not only carry out MOT'S and FULL SERVICE plus Tyres, Wheel Alignement, Aircon & Diagnostics. They operate from 1Heartsease Lane in Norwich 01603 439922”
