“Took my hand knotted rug here to be cleaned, after years of use and children spilling stuff on it. came back looking fantastic and perhaps more importantly smelled clean. Great job, thanks guys.”

“Highly recommended! I am delighted with the lovely rug - which is exactly as the photos and description set out, with the excellent value for money, and with the personable, and helpful customer service. The team gave good and pragmatic advice over the phone and were also most proactive and communicative when I had a query. Very prompt delivery also.”

“First, I was pleased that Oriental Rugs had this particular item in stock. Just the right colours and exactly the right size and I had been hoping to find this particular Gooch/Khurijeen rug for quite a while. James proposed UPS delivery options. I chose the 'standard' rather than express delivery. UPS delivered the day after their original ETA but that wasn't a problem. In all, I'm very pleased with the service from ORN and the product.”
