“AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAMMER!!!!! Wish I could leave 0 stars!!! Did some “work” on our boiler (if you can call it work) tightened a few bolts and charged us £439 for the pleasure. 30 minutes after he left the boiler still has the same problem. Has now caused more damage to the boiler by over tightening all the bolts and going to cost even more to have it fixed properly! Difficult to get hold of and when we do speak to him or his wife they always hang up the phone and won’t sort a resolution. They don’t respond to emails & claim the payment was dealt with by an external agency but persistently fail to provide me with the agencies contact details. He said he got the agency to contact us and this was from a scam email address. Conveniently all his mobile numbers don’t work either. They have literally taken our money and ran. Not convinced he’s a legitimate engineer to be honest. Don’t fall victims to his fraud!!!”

“We recently had both immersion heaters replaced by VOM Heating Services LTD, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job professionally and efficiently. Both new immersion heaters are working perfectly, and everything was left clean and tidy before they left. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and great communication throughout. We would definitely recommend VOM Heating Services LTD to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing and heating services. Thank you for a fantastic job!!!”

“DO NOT CALL IF YOU WANT A FAIR PRICE Called today to get a quote and check availability to install a new cooker told me £49 call out and labour and possible parts and they have a slot free today didn't need any parts even used my old gas pipe engineer was lovely can not fault him then the company sent me the bill £429 feel so scammed disgusting customer service will never use again”
