“A very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is not available but don't let that put you off. The room was very nicely furnished. Tea and coffee was plentiful. The owner is top class.”

“A bed and breakfast style place, but without the breakfast, e.g. room only. Clean well equipped rooms but the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable on our first room on the ground floor. Met one of the staff on the way out on morning and they offered us a better room upstairs for our second night. This room also very clean and well equipped. Mattress was much better but a bit soft for my personal preference. There is parking on site, but it's quite cramped. We found it easier to park just around the corner in the dead end Gypsy Lane where there's plenty of on street space. A bit noisy with the window open as on the Norwich ring road, so a ten minute drive to the city centre.”

“Great location for university. Room was worn, getting a little shabby but clean. Good communication for easy access.”
