What people say
3 out of 5 stars
“Haven't even stayed here yet but the pre check in experience has already put me off. You are asked to contact the hotel 24 hours prior to check in. No clear reasons given. When you do you go through to a random call centre that takes 10 minutes to give you another number to call. Then when you get through to that number they wonder why you're calling at all and sounded like a grumpy teenager answering the call as if it was a big deal picking it up. No instructions at all ... they just said yea you come and check in at 3. I said ok thanks bye and they just hung up without saying goodbye. Can't wait to stay.”
