“Great room”

“I am very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Unfortunately, the room was not up to the expected standard. Several basic facilities were missing, and the toilet was not properly clean. For the price we paid, I expected much better cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service. The condition of the room made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing.”

“Very Disappointing Experience I have stayed at many hotels across the UK, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The customer service and overall handling of our stay were extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were not properly equipped, with no soap, tissues, or towels available. The bathroom door could not be locked, which was both inconvenient and concerning. The beds and mattresses were in poor condition, and some appeared to be broken. Despite making a booking for three adults, only one double bed was available, and there were no proper bedsheets provided. The kitchen was also completely lacking in basic essentials. Overall, the room was not in a condition I would expect from a hotel, and the experience did not justify the booking or the money paid. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.”
