“The pastry I had was fine, the service was fine, the coffee was terrible. Far too hot, to the point it burnt my mouth and full of coffee grounds. I understand that mistakes happen but you could clearly see there were coffee grounds all over it and a member of staff still put a lid on it and handed it over to me. That just shows a lack of caring.”
