“I love this odeon so so much, she’s my go to, love everything about her EXCEPT, to my horror, the freestyle machines no longer have Diet Coke only zero and classic, why would you do this to me? We’ve been through so much together, sometimes I just need a bucket of Diet Coke. Other than this, 5 stars.”

“Lucky not to have people around me rustling popcorn bags - so a good screening. Unfortunately, film was partly ruined by a couple of people who walked in into the film (I think they had just walked in from another film) and started to chat. Despite asking them to be quiet (one was swearing and we were watching a children's film), they continued. Staff came in and asked them to be quiet. No joy. When I went over to ask them to be quiet, I got a torrent of abuse, so I left the screening to ask for help. Person followed me and continued to call me all the names under the sun. Asked for help, but, tbh, the chap I asked for help seemed more scared than I was. Luckily, the abuser didn't follow me back into the screening. But, I did not feel safe when leaving. I know this is a rarity. It's usually A-OK here, but the fact that I had to ask for help when this person was swearing at me in the foyer in front of staff, and staff didn't come over immediately, left me feeling very vulnerable.”
